About Me

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of New York and I have been working with children, adolescents, young adults and families for 4+ years helping countless individuals work through some of life’s most difficult moments. In addition to my LMSW, I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach as well as a credentialed yoga teacher, for both adults and children.  I specialize in treating trauma-related issues, anxiety, depression, behavioral struggles, body image struggles, social conflict, stress management and life transitions. I am extremely skilled in building strong relationships with clients of different ages and backgrounds, especially those who have had difficulties in therapy before.

I am forever inspired by the strength and resiliency of the clients I work with and feel privileged to witness so much healing and transformation. I have a holistic approach to healing that utilizes therapy interventions such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, Play Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Attachment-Focused Therapy along with mindfulness and movement.  My work is rooted in non-judgement and empathy and is always client-centered.  Every client is unique and thus gets their own individualized treatment approach that they work on with me.  My clients are empowered to take an active role in their therapy process and are consulted every step of the way.  My goal is to support you in thriving in all areas of your life and help you address what is bringing you into therapy so you can heal and move .

I believe that the most valuable aspect of promoting change through therapy is in the relationship between the therapist and client. If you are interested in working with me, please contact me to set up a free phone consultation to see if we are a good fit!
