The process of individual therapy is a collaboration between me and my clients working together to create healing.  I focus on your strengths, resiliency and your individual needs.  I will support you in uncovering the root of your struggle and healing the initial wound.  I utilize various therapy modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic and Somatic therapies and focus on providing you with gaining practical and accessible tools to cope more effectively with overwhelming emotions or symptoms affecting your life.
